The moment that I shared about my long battle with an eating disorder and my recovery journey - my painting took a whole new turn. And with that energy to create for hours on end, flow state has been a beautiful gift that has unearthed some of my most authentic work.

It felt like my soul was set free to create the art that has been within me all along. Art that feels like a big exhale. Art that is vibrant, expressive, unapologetic, embodied, bold but soft.

Art that tells a story of resilience and coming home to myself and my authenticity. Art that paints the human body as nature, the truth. Every curve held with such reverence.
